I am attempting to download a trial of Crystal Reports 11 that a product specialist sent me. When I go to the link he sent, the product immediately starts to download - I do not have the option to 'Save' or 'Save As' and download the file to my desktop or other Hard Drive location. The file does not appear in my downloaded files folder anywhere on my computer. 
I cannot save the package, so I cannot extract it. Iu2019m still trying to get the thing downloaded.

I disabled all I could on our security side before attempting to connect/download 6. I am not getting any errors, so my port 4520 is not blocked. Canu2019t get that far, so N/A 8.
