When you are extracting via the pipe lines, stick to the right side as much as possible. This is especially important once you have crossed the street. That way you do not get seen by the group of enemies looking towards where you will be after crossing on the pipe lines.
Drop down from the rooftop and climb off the boxes, you will then be where you started and have completed your mission. Your main objective in Mission 13 is to assassinate Ernesto Salazar. Before you are able to do that, you will have to reach the destination point where you will do so at. On the way there, you will provide overview for your sniper teammates along the way.
